Catholic Connections: Speed Friending & Social
Catholic Connections is a structured evening designed to help you build genuine, Christ-centred friendships with other young Catholics. Whether you're new to the Church, new to London, or simply looking to grow your community, this is a chance to meet others who share your faith and values in a relaxed and welcoming environment. We'll move through a series of topic-based stations in rotating small groups, exploring conversations about faith, life, and everyday challenges. The evening also includes a quiet prayer space, snacks and drinks, and plenty of opportunities for fellowship beyond the structured discussions.
Talk & Social: Icons for communion
How do you pray with images? Which ones speak to you? Do any religious images bring you closer or further from God? Fr. Justin Claravall SJ, studying in the School of Traditional Arts will speak about how religious images, or icons, affect our communion with God, the saints, and our participation in communities. Wine and soft drinks available from 6:30pm, talk starts at 7pm. Please bring somthing to eat and share.
Holy Hour & Pub Social
We meet for our weekly Holy hour with a pub social down the road afterwards. There will be confession available.
Talk & Social on Vocation: Marriage
A talk from Lucy and Greg Treloar on marriage as a vocation, sharing real-life insight into faith, relationships, and commitment. Followed by a social to continue conversations. Part of the Vocation Summer Series, exploring different paths of vocation in a practical and relatable way.

Adoration, Evening Prayer, talk & social
Join us for an evening of faith, friendship, and reflection at Our Lady of the Assumption, Bethnal Green. We’ll begin with evening prayer, followed by a talk with refreshments and a social in a space to unwind, share, and grow together in hope. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time, you’re warmly invited to come along and be part of a welcoming community of young adults seeking to live faith in everyday life.

Remember when we said we were going to connect young pro-lifers in the London area? Well we weren't joking. Do you fancy a natter with people your age? Come along! An evening of Adoration with praise and worship, plus confessions, followed by a social at the pub. A space to pray, reflect, and connect as the series draws on. Part of the Vocation Summer Series at St George’s Cathedral, combining prayer, teaching, and community for young adults.
