Join us for the London Thomistic Institute’s first talk of the new term, exploring “Sacrificial Love and the Problem of Evil: A Thomistic Theodicy” with Professor Mats Wahlberg of Umeå University. We’ll explore the problem of evil through the thought of St Thomas Aquinas, asking how the existence of suffering and evil can be understood alongside belief in a loving and all-powerful God. Come along for a thought-provoking evening of philosophy, theology and discussion. The lecture is free and open to the public.
