Fr Richard Aladics will be taking us through The Medieval Church: Saints, Scandals and the Struggle for Holiness Fr Richard is a priest of the Diocese of Leeds, currently on secondment to the Diocese of Northampton and pp in Bedford. He is originally from St Albans but grew up in Leeds. As a student, he was a biologist but became convinced of a call to the priesthood. He trained at the English College, Valladolid in Spain. He has served in several parishes in the Leeds Diocese. He gained a Licentiate from the John Paul Il Institute in Valencia, Spain. He was chaplain to the Youth 2000 Mission Team for six years, and was called to Australia to be the first, full-time chaplain to Campion College, the Catholic Liberal Arts College in Sydney, also working at the seminary in Sydney. He's had a historical predisposition all his life and loves visiting different places and discovering their historical legacy.
