Songs for Ukraine: A Summer Concert

Songs for Ukraine Choir returns to Farm Street Church on Tuesday 14 July 2026 for its Summer Concert of Ukrainian music. The evening's programme spans midsummer and folk songs to choral works by Mykola Leontovych, the Ukrainian composer known worldwide for his Carol of the Bells. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. Special Guests: Sofi Lomidze, violin, and Victoria de Melo, piano Founded in 2023, Songs for Ukraine is an independent choir that unites singers from across the Ukrainian community, many of whom have been displaced by the war, that performs under the guidance of its musical director and conductor, Bohdan Parashchak. A share of the proceeds will go to support the Voices of Children Foundation, a Ukrainian charity providing psychological support to children affected by war, including stress management and PTSD treatment.
