Open Day: A place to discover, reflect and connect your Christian faith

About This Event

We are hosting an Open Day to showcase Jesuit works in Central London! From 10.30 am to 4pm, you can try a variety of activities: 🎙️ short talks with the London Jesuit Centre on theology, philosophy, spirituality, social and environmental justice, as well as drop-in spiritual direction sessions; 👋 meet other young adults exploring faith through Jesuit Young Adult Ministries; 💒 learn how the Jesuit Institute brings Ignatian spirituality into schools, universities, prisons, and parishes; 👟 enjoy tours of Farm Street Church and Heythrop Library; 📜 discover the British Jesuit Archives, home to hundreds of years of Catholic history, rare books, and document; 🧠 get inspired with Thinking Faith, the Jesuits in Britain's online journal, and its podcast Thinks I Wish I Knew; 🎧 step behind the scenes with Pray As You Go, the Jesuit prayer app reaching hundreds of thousands, and experience what goes into recording its daily reflections. The day will also highlight faith in action, with a wide range of charities that regularly use the Centre present to share their work and speak with visitors interested in supporting their mission.
