Lectio Divina: Luminous Mysteries

We’ll be journeying through the Luminous Mysteries, reflecting on five defining moments in Jesus’ public ministry: 🔥 The Baptism in the Jordan (Matthew 3) — “The heavens were opened…” (CCC 535-536) 🍷 The Wedding at Cana (John 2) — Mary intercedes and the first miracle unfolds (CCC 2618) 📣 The Proclamation of the Kingdom (Mark 1) — “The time is fulfilled” (CCC 541-542) 🌄 The Transfiguration (Mark 9) — a glimpse of divine glory (CCC 554-556) 🍞 The Institution of the Eucharist (Luke 22) — “Do this in remembrance of me” (CCC 1323-1341) Through guided Lectio Divina, we’ll slow down with these passages, listen for what God is saying through them, and share how they speak to our own lives today with references from CCC. It’s an evening of Scripture, reflection, and honest discussion and perfect for anyone who wants to see the life of Christ with fresh eyes and grow in faith together.
