July Hike: Knole House, Deer Park and Ightham Mote Circular

About This Event

Join us for our July hike as we walk a circular route from Sevenoaks Station through Knole Deer Park, past Ightham Mote, and back to Sevenoaks. The hike itself should take roughly 5 hours, and we’re planning for around 6.5 hours in total including breaks and lunch, with some of us stopping afterwards at The Sennockian for food and drinks. Programme includes: • 8:34am: Suggested direct train from London Charing Cross to Sevenoaks • 9:06am: Arrival at Sevenoaks Station • Morning/afternoon: Circular hike through Knole Deer Park and Ightham Mote • First break: Rosary together, with 5 volunteers invited to lead a decade each • Around 3:00pm to 3:30pm: Expected finish back at Sevenoaks Station • Optional afterwards: Food and drinks at The Sennockian pub Please bring plenty of water, especially if the weather is warm, along with a substantial lunch, snacks or sweets to keep you going, and your rosary. We’ll also be taking some photos along the way to remember the hike and the time together, so please let us know if you would prefer not to be photographed.
