Christian nationalism is a movement rapidly shaping our contemporary political scene and linked to the ongoing rise of right-wing populism globally. Join Dr Nicky Burbach, Social & Environmental Justice Lead at the London Jesuit Centre for a talk exploring the origins of this movement and some theological evaluations. Wine and soft drinks will be available from 6:30pm, please bring something to eat and share. MAGIS-metro is a weekly event for young adults, 18 to 35, offered by Jesuit Young Adult Ministries. It follows a monthly pattern: 1st Thursday - Soup & Spirituality; 2nd Thursday - Church in the Modern World; 3rd Thursday - Film & Pizza; 4th Thursday - Philosophy, Theology & Scripture; 5th Thursday (if and when..) - Board Games!
