About Our Community

Radio Maria England exists to let people know of the God who is love; to be a place of encounter with the revelation of God’s love in the person of Jesus Christ; to affirm the dignity of each man and woman made in the image and likeness of God; and to be a place of prayer on the airwaves. Through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Radio Maria seeks to reorient our culture to love of God and neighbour. In an age of distraction and individualism, Radio Maria is a place of contemplation and community. Radio Maria has a particular regard for those marginalised in contemporary society and is an antidote to the epidemic of loneliness that afflicts so many. Our mission is to bring the light of Christ into every home through prayer, teaching, and Christian music.
