- In your email, explicitly state that you wish to have your account deleted, or your account and all data on you deleted.
Example: "I request that my Tersia account and all data on me be permanently deleted." - Our team will verify your request and confirm your identity. Once confirmed, we will process your deletion request as soon as possible.
Legal Notice: We will delete your account and all associated data except where retention is required by applicable law (for example, for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution). If any data must be retained, we will inform you of the specific legal basis and retention period.
